How to DIY Insulated Conservatory Roof less than £320 - Single handed 30 something women!

How I single handed insulated our conservatory roof to improve the insulation. I am a 30 something lady who has a love or creating and doing DIY. I am no expert, everything is self taught via KZbin! So I like to make my own videos to help other people too. This is just what I did, I am not an expert and this is not offering advice on how to do it.
