Hi my name is Victor Sho. And this is my assistant Oscar Acevedo. And we are going to teach you an advanced power step. Okay. So get grounded over here. We're going to do the same that we did in the other two beginners and intermediate.
We're going to do two strolls to the left and to the right. All right. So stroll to the left. Stomp. Stroll to the right. Stomp. Okay. So what we're going to do from here is, we're going to come up a little. So now stomp on our left leg and hike up our right leg. And also contract at the same time. So you're going to go boom. And you're already down right now so you should be a little bit plied at the left leg to stomp down on your right and come up. Then you're going to do the same thing. You're going to shoot down so you're lower body is going to do the same thing.
The only difference is your arm is going to shoot up. And what's going to is you’re going to go. Okay. Hold your balance. You're going to look up. You're going to look down. When your right leg stomps, your left hand comes down to the left corner. Let's take that back. So what we're going to do. 5, 6, 7, and stroll to the right. Stroll to the left. And boom, boom, boom, boom. Stroll right stomp. Stroll left stomp. Boom, boom, boom, boom. Okay. So from here, what we're going to do is hop twice to our left, stomping on the left leg and leaning, putting all our weight on that left leg. My arm is a little bit more relaxed. The only thing that moves is my shoulder. Up and down. Up and down. And that's as I hop. Boom. Boom. So my shoulders hike up when I jump. Shoots down when I stomp. Okay. And my arms are just really relaxed. Okay.
Everything else is precise. So we're going to go boom. Okay. That is the only time your arms are relaxed. Okay. So here we go from the beginning. 5, 6, 7, and 1, 2, 3, 4 and clap. And what happens is this right leg starts to same ending that we do in all the other two power steps. We're going to go right corner up. Left corner down. Left corner up. Right corner down. Right left with the feet moving forward. Double right left bring it to a stage. Let's take that back. Okay. So we went slowly 1, 2, 3, 4 and clap to the. So tempo. Stroll right stomp. Stroll left stomp and clap. Okay. So now me and Oscar will demonstrate full out. 5, 6, 5, 6, 5, 6, 7. And that's how you do an advanced power step combo.
