Hi Leila I been recovering from a major back sergery I already had 12 sessions of physical therapy but they didn't help control the pain, by anychance would any of your work out might be good for me to help strengthen my core n my knees n back that you know off?? thank you I love your videos I hope one day you come to ventura :-)

Thank you for the message and I wish you better! I have put in my notes to create a core workout, I hope it will work. Whenever you dance just make sure for not you never fully straighten your knees, keep them comfortable. 😄

Hey, Leilah! This has actually come as handy. Chest movements are the ones I need to focus more for the time being and this tutorial made them quite easy to understand. I have a show coming next week and I might be using this one movement :P
