what trainer do you guys reccomend without breakihng the bank becuase i sorta just bought the tarmac sl7 i said ok im good now then i sortttttaaa bought the aethos so now im wallet is kina empty lol

youre supposed to slide forward off your saddle and stand over the top tube when coming to a stop
