Sam gives some really great progressions. Natural in front of the camera too. Good job.

Been watching calisthenics videos for a couple months now and my progressions have gotten better. Every video Sam does though brings a new insight which I'm eager to try. Thanks brother 💪🏼👍🏼

@surfbaybe pretty much ANY exercise on rings is harder, if you learn it on rings and then go to the bar you will be perplexed how much easier it becomes all of a sudden

i read an article on yahoo yesterday, the author was from men's health, but it said exercises that you do when you don't keep the spine in the natural shape shouldn't be done. as in the rounded back position, for crunches and what not, just wondering your thoughts?

Only 1 question: Is that body of yours only the result of Calisthenic training, or have you been lifting weights for some time?
@surfbaybe13 жыл бұрын
Is it much harder to do on rings because they are not static? Is the progression about the same?

what is the best way to build up enough strength to do chin-ups? (feel really embarrased asking this but i have no idea and i'm not incredibly strong...)
@Kratoni13 жыл бұрын
@byakuyakuchiki7 Actual hold. I think exercise such as this is not really much about the technique but about the strength(mostly core str) alone. You get strong enough and you should be able to do this.
@rogierkraan13 жыл бұрын

@PanicSAFE just do some dead chin-ups , take chair or something under the bar , and go to up , and try hold so long as possible or just go slowly down , you must do this alot , but as you get strength then your able to do chin up :)
@123phobia12313 жыл бұрын
