That's not true. Well not in my culture anyways. I'm Native American Dene from Canada and we usually use sage to pray with and to clear the energy in the room. Usually if we encounter bad spirits or whatnot that's when we use it. We also use it to bless sacred objects and always use it in our ceremonys :)

To you, maybe practicing by yourself is wrong. And that's okay. But everyone has different beliefs and you need to respect that instead of trying to convert people because you think you know what's best.

i know this video is a year old, and i dont know if you are native or Buddhidt/Hindi, but "smudging" is absolutely a closed practice as white sage in particular is an endangered species as it has been appropriated from native cultures. chakras are an eastern tradition and considered culturally approapriative in the West. I love your energy and content but I would love to continue watching but I'd like to see you address this because the wellness culture here in America is very appropriative. I use rosemary to cleanse my spaces and use the term energy centers instead.

How many days is the full moon valid for rituals? Is it only for the day of the full moon or does it last for a couple of days. I heard the most powerful full moon rituals happens on a Monday since it’s the day of the week referenced to the moon but not all full moons fall on a Monday.

You definitely have a couple of days before and after for some powerful rituals. Since the moons energy is growing over time to it's peak and then lowering afterwords, that energy is still higher than normal and potent!
