How you convince your clients that they get real reviews from their clients, because I faced lots of issues in that point, most of my GMB clients unable to convince to add KW in the reviews or some are not giving reviews. To address the first question: "how to get more reviews" See the 3:00 minute mark on this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6PEhaapqdt7a9k It's super straight forward, no need to over complicate. I would say the best way to get reviews is to ask for them. Make sure the business owners ask - if you don't ask you won't get. Now, to increase the success rate you can suggest the business owner to ask for the review right after the service has been done (if it's a service based business). You can also ask him to give an incentive for people that leave reviews (i.e. "get 10% off your next consultation if you review us on google" - you not only get a review but you can increase your client's LTV by selling them on a next service purchase). The truth is that most people won't leave reviews though, and that's just something we have to accept. In regard to asking the clients to leave SEO optimised reviews, that's a tricky one yes. But it all boils down to the same thing - when you're asking them for a review say something like "make sure you mentioned the service that was done", or "make sure you mention our business name / clinic name", or "please make sure to use the word ___" There isn't a very streamlined way of doing this, at least not one I found yet. I sure this is probably not the reply you wanted but reviews are a tricky subject

Thank you. Encouraging local guides to leave reviews is definitely harder than "regular" accounts. I would say you encourage them the same way you'd encourage anyone though. In regard to how to locate them, that I don't exactly how to do!
