I have been depressed for about two years now. I realized I completely let myself go. I gained a ton of weight, I don't really care about my appearance, hair, dress, etc. My house is a mess all the time. My first step is to stop soda. My 34th birthday was yesterday and I decided to start getting control of my life again.

Honestly I needed this. A big problem for me is that I feel like I've wasted so much time not taking action that I then suddenly panic and try to do everything at once to make up for the time I've wasted. Then I take on too many changes all at once and end up feeling burnt out and bam we are back to square one. Love this 💞

Absolutely adore your content! I need to make more time for my business goals, I am a mum to 17 month twins and I love them so much I want to be with them every second, but I need to prioritise even 2 hours a day to work on my business and not feel guilty or like a rubbish mum (I know I’m not but I feel like that when I choose work over them!) xxx

I love how you touched upon and mentioned that we need to evaluate the gap between "where we are" and "where we desire to be." That is something very important to work on especially if you want direction and changes to happen in your life. I always feel so connected to your videos :)

YAS ❤️ Also the quality of this video is a 15/10! I’ve loved watching your videos and content and YOU get better and better! I’m going to be getting real specific about my health! I’ve started working out and eating healthy BUT I struggle with consistency and I think that is because I don’t have that clear vision of where I want to be or how I want to feel! Thank you so much for this video! ❤️

Thank you Erin ♥️ Each time I work on my vision I get the sense that I made it clear enough... but for some reason, as time goes by, it gets blurrier and blurrier, and I start doubting the steps/actions I gave myself. From your video I get that I should have a physical representation of my vision and connect with it every morning (I actually remember an old video of yours where you recommended creating a vision-video! I really connected with that idea but never did it 🙈🤷🏼♀️). I think I have a hard time to dream without being too attached to the dream. So it can get painful sometimes to think of what I’ve been trying to achieve for years while not sensing any improvement in my reality. Yes I think that’s what it is; to lower the pain I have to work on acceptance and appreciation for what I have => when I do that I have to put the vision away! Anyway, your videos are helping me a lot, thank you ♥️🙏🏻✨

Love your content so much and your gemini vibes :) ! I totally resonate with focusing at one-two goals at a time. My march focus is finishing shooting my video making course in hebrew, and fitness wise commit solely to zumba class twice a week to get back on track after long lockdown in Israel. so far I'm achieving it! Also on my bathroom mirror I put a paper sign the says -'good morning! 1. you will finish producing your online course and launch it on time. 2 you will figure out how to market and price it well . 3.the right people will be attracted to it and buy it and you will earn lots of money on this course with integrity.' Thank you Erin for you bomb content it lifts me up so much!

Over the past months I have focused a lot on basic routines, and habits like working out, meditation, gratitude practise. For Q2 I will focus on self love & buidling confidence. I will try to journal and do mirror work daily. Also I want to get clear on what my passion is so that is something I will be working towards.

I downloaded the Extraordinary Life Workbook and was going to share it with my mom and my niece, but was disappointed to see that it is full of profanity. I won't be using the workbook, and I won't be able to share it with anyone. It's too bad, because I like your positive messages. Why would you use filthy language when you are trying to send out positive ideas? Isn't that counterintuitive?
@Erinmayhenry3 жыл бұрын
Language and its profanity is subjective. In my family and the families that I grew up around, using words like that are a form of expression to emphasize a point. It’s a part of the culture and was wildly accepted. I do often think about the fact that it is society that told us these words are bad, but what you have to consider is this is the same society that had given us many incorrect limiting beliefs. I guess I just like to challenge things rather than just accept them. Completely understand if that’s not for you though! I recon there would be someone who has similar information, sans language! ❤️

There IS an actual difference between confidence and ARROGANCE. I want to be inspired by your content, Erin, but sometimes I feel like you're being rather boastful.
@margal31203 жыл бұрын
I think she sounds very positive, which is usually inspiring and contagious 🤷♀️😎 it can likely be a fine line as a content creator, but it gets annoying when other creators apologize to some viewers as coming across as bragging about their successes. Then they get comments that they’re positive and not bragging so they can never “win” or come across as being genuine. Must be tiring!
@jaimebenson61023 жыл бұрын
@@margal3120Thank you for your comment! I see your point. However, I have noticed over the last couple of years that Erin hasn't gained a lot of subscribers and it's quite possible that there is something amiss either with her delivery or with the content itself (both?). I'm really surprised she doesn't have more subscribers. It's important to give the creator feedback so they can grow their channel. I think Erin is absolutely AWESOME but I just wanted to relay some thoughts and personal observations that might turn prospective subscribers off. 💜
@margal31203 жыл бұрын
@@jaimebenson6102 ah I see. Perspective and timing in one’s life is definitely a finicky being. I’m a new subscriber 🤷♀️😎
