I absolutely love this video it is very informative I wish I had it last year would have made things easier for me. One thing though I am not good with the google form and am having issues with the select buttons and the send button. Do you have a tutorial as to how to set up the form. I could sure use it right now. I have a party next week and am trying to get it set up before then

I'm sorry I dont have a video on how to make the google form but I'm sure you can find one on KZbin! The send button is typically automatic and shows at the bottom of any form you make.

Do you have a personal or business paypal and do they take percentages when you bill? Do you ever give them the option to contact you and just enter it into the workstation to avoid fees if so? I think I will have the items shipped to me and then deliver so they all get free shipping. Super helpful video!

For the first style/platform where you use the google form, you said you include shipping in their totals. Are you shipping directly to them (just as they would with the 3-day party version), or shipping to yourself and then ship to them? And what about if like they work with the hostess and would rather she just get the items? (Newbie here, thanks!)

Hi Elisha, I ship directly to each customer via the party link on my PWS. I tell the host she gets free shipping... but I don't get into the logistics of offering "free shipping if I ship to your host and she meets up with you" only because it complicates my process, and puts a new responsibility onto the hostess to then deliver orders. I feel that most people choose the Facebook style party because they want the simplicity of direct shipment to all guests. But you can do it however works best for you and your hosts! There is no right answer :)

I ship them to the customer, but you could do it either way if everyone was local. Within Paypal, you hit "request" money and you'll need the email that is attached to their paypal to send the request.

Hello! I don't show inventory during facebook parties, I only show a party display. Nothing in the video is physically for sale, but they can order anything they see.

About a week. Gives the host time to invite everyone and then starts reminding guests who RSVP.

There are a few differences, groups last longer while events have an expiration date. Events send reminders for people to RSVP, etc. I like events because I dont have to go in and delete it after, it disappears on its own. Hope that helps!

Crystal Claridy I believe there’s already a “generic” thank you message at the bottom of the google form and if you click on it you can edit the rest of it. If not I think you can add a comment box? It’s been a while since I made this one but I’m thinking that’s what I did. :)

Candace Burchard you can’t copy the form, You’ll have to create your own google forms Account and then create your own form. Hope that helps!

I like events because they prompt people to RSVP and sends out reminders before it starts. It also disappears when its over so you don't have to manage it after the party.
