For the longest time I never even bothered giving this a try because I thought it was the same difficulty as an l sit, but I just gave it a try and I couldn't even get my feet off the floor for 1 clean second Thank you for this video!

Squeeze your quad(thigh) and core(abs) and make sure your legs are tight(engaged)

Bazza Evans it’s not supposed to be a press to handstand this is just to get a straddle hold.
