yup both of those 10mm bolts need to come off on the 2014 Durango behind the throttle body. Thats one of the biggest pains about taking the lower manifold out. Also there's a bolt on the lower manifold that is farthest from the front of the car thats a huge pain to get out. Also you need to make sure you remove the bolts comnpletly out or else the tips stay in the bolt hole and you can't slide the lower manifold out. Took me at least 4 hours to replace the oil filter housing and change spark plugs on my 2014 durango.

Great vid. Not sure if I need to replace spark plugs or throttle body, but going to start with spark plugs. Got a red lightning bolt on dash and failing to start frequently.

I think that might be a throttle body issue.. wouldn’t be a bad idea to change the spark plugs but unlikely to be that…could be a bad coil too.. let me know what you find out

I went 127k miles before one started misfiring. They come with Champion 9407 I believe.

I had to the upper intake for a lot of different repairs it’s like second nature now but they definitely could’ve came up with a better design

You MIGHT have some good information here but I can't tell. The camera is crazy bouncy, the mic sound is horrible, the lighting sucks & you don't speak into the mic. I look away & my eyeballs are rattling in my head after looking at this hot mess of a video. OMG.

Dont tune it up. Just get rid of it and get a Toyota. These 3.6L motors are junk!
