Sorry but your proportion of medium and paint was not proper because of which your paint was not flowing . Next time please keep this note and mix medium to paint in 3:1 ratio

There is nothing special technic behind it.just shake the bottle and spray. Do this process in open space and keep distance between bottle and painting.I hope it will help

Yes you can use, but I suggest you not for this. Actually its very tough to use so you can go for poster colour, acrylic paints, oil paints. You also can do water colour dear .I hope its very useful. Your second query I didn't understand.
