Nice photos Gill, can I ask what does the +0.3 do on the flash?

thanks Jeff. It is just an increment of the brightness so between each full increment - eg 1/4 power, 1/8 power, i/16th power, there is sub increments of 1/3. Does that make sense? It just means you can control the light by a smidge more.
