How To Do Assemblé and Sissonne Fermé: ballet tutorial (beginner/intermediate)

assemblé:
• one foot brushes, the other pushes off the floor
• one the spot, does not travel
• feet meet in 5th position in the air
sissonne fermé:
• both feet push off the floor, no brushing!
• travels
• feet are apart in the air and meet in 5th in plié
