This is crazy! I did it for only 15 minutes and my body was kind of shaking and the crazy part is that I kept still with my eyes closed for my body to relax and go back to normal but for the first time in my life I saw visions and heard a sound! With my eyes closed! The visions weren’t clear but the sound was. This is the best inner experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so mush 😭

Yesterday night, right before going to sleep, I did breathwork like you show it here. It was the first "real" time that I tried breathwork for such a long time. I listened to the "In Time" Movie OST (which always gives me emotional feelings) but this time, the crying was not like the other times. My whole body vibrated after I stopped doing breathwork. It was really relieving. I have to try this again. Thanks to your awesome mindset and instructions. I love the topics you are covering in this channel. Keep it up :) 1k is already here.

Had a breathwork class yesterday with this technique. My body hurts today, like the day after intense exercise. I think doing it on my own in some form would be better for me, because with people I do feel a bit self conscious.

I just tried this for the first time, and had an amazing experience! It was mostly physical, but very promising. I see what you mean about there being an arc to this experience. I could tell when it started to decline, and as much as I wanted to stay there, to expand it, it was fading. "Come back another time!"

Yes! Keen insights Mark im so happy you had a good experience with it. What lead you to want to really go for it and have this experience?

@@itismichaelangelo Wim Hoff was my introduction to breathwork, which is probably not uncommon. Eventually KZbin recommended one of your videos, and I really liked the pragmatic and enthusiastic way you explained things. I took a deep dive into your channel, which, by the way, is great! I really hope it gets the attention it deserves. Since I couldn't try all of your techniques first, I chose the one that mentioned "Inner Journey" ... that's always a good thing! Prying open my third eye, DMT, inner journeys ... yes, yes, and yes! I'm in. Of course I've done this quite a few times since my first comment, and I'm finding that I'm extremely susceptible to the music that's playing. Something as simple as a bell or a voice that I find distracting can leave the whole experience flat. I had a really sweet emotional experience listening to Jonathon Wilson's "Gentle Spirit" album. I highly recommend that one. This comment is getting long so ... thanks very much for sharing your knowledge! I'll be trying some of your other techniques, and can't wait for new content!

thank you for this guide Michael, :) tried many different breathwork guides (DMT, holotropic, wim hof) this one works the best for me, feels most natural and i get in the zone within few minutes typically, also i do some vipassana and open awareness beforehand to get in easier, what do you think about it? any other tips? some other guides about shamanic breathing woudl be much apprieciated - :) have a great weekend

@@itismichaelangelo sry for spamm. Am i suppose to use the muscles down in the stomache or just breathe?
@itismichaelangelo4 жыл бұрын
@@nickestrand when you inhale, your stomach should move out a tiny bit. it is called 'belly breathing'. So, instead of just breathing into your chest, you also breath into your belly. thats all :)

@@nickestrand Also, focus more on depth than speed. As long as you are getting full, deep breaths, and they are connected (no gaps between inhale and exhale) then you are good to go

At least that's how I've always done it...where I kept the tingles..because they eventually went away. I see it like plucking a string, you pluck the string and it vibrates than as the vibration slows down is when you feel your inner consciousness lift....idk lol feel free to chat with me
@MamiGarcia22222 жыл бұрын
Wait....why did you shake off the tingling though? That is part of the process right where the tingles come than u overcome the tingles and become more in trance or relaxed
