Hi! Is it okay to remove both the perm and fix with a damp cotton pad? I always remove dry because we tell clients to not get brows/lashes wet for 24 hours after. So the damp cotton pad doesn’t mess anything up? Thank you for the great videos! I love using your products!

Wow this is great! I love how easy she made it look! Now let’s say she had to add the brow adhesive to lay down the stubborn brow hairs to stay in place just like in a lash lift, when time to wipe* off the brow adhesive. Which cream or product helps get rid of the whitish / sticky residue that sometimes gets left behind ?

How do you know when you need to use adhesive and when not? Also is we use water on a cotton pad to take off the product won’t it affect the result. I know you said you can’t get wet until 24 hrs after so its kind of confusing 😅

Hi there! We always recommend using the adhesive to help get the brow hairs in place. Using a damp cotton round to remove each step is fine, we just don't recommend submerging them in water for the first 24 hrs. 🩷

Hi Amanda! You can totally do tint in the same appointment as the lamination. You would mix the tint and apply the tint to the brows after you remove the Fix lotion. Follow the tint instructions, remove the tint and then apply Nourish to the brows! :D

After lamination done eyebrows still bit sticky. It should be sticky or soft after I done. It will be same sticky for 48 hours or I didn’t do properly.

Can brow lamination be done after a facial? Or would you recommend waiting and scheduling it another day? Would it be OK if exfoliation products are avoided around the eyebrow area during the facial?

Hi Stacy, you can absolutely do brow lamination after a facial. Make sure the brow area is squeaky clean after the facial and you are good to go! 😊💕

Hey Jasmine! Our lotions, once opened, will be good for 24 hours. Each shot pack can be used on up to 2 clients. So, we recommend scheduling the service back to back or on the same day :)

Hi Jay! If the hair is over-processed, the hair will wave and look crimped. They won't look smooth or straight. We don't recommend over-processing the hair.

Hi Caitlyn, waxing should never be performed before lamination as the skin becomes more sensitive. Waxing may be performed post lamination but the skin must be assessed for irritation prior to performing a wax service. Take all precautions in protecting the skin with proper prep. :)

For the aftercare, *Clients should avoid the following for 24 hours: getting brows wet using saunas/steam rooms, hot tubs, pools excessive rubbing *Clients will still need to use a spoolie each morning to comb their eyebrows back into the laminated shape.
