How to do Deep Inside Curves with Hand Applique Quilting and The Starch Method

I just cannot believe there are so many grumpy comments! Can't viewers just appreciate this talented lady sharing her expertise! I am dismayed. I would think that comments like these would knock her confidence and make her stop sharing. That would certainly be the way I would feel. After not doing appliqué for many years I picked up a project yesterday and was going to quit, but after watching this video I am going to try your starch method and try again….the small curved pieces were a challenge, but you make it look so easy…thank you for a great tutorial

I have a Clover mini iron that I have used with great success but not something this finicky. Thanks for the inspiration. I have been trying to figure out a way to do "cheater" Hawaiian applique and looks like I have found a way! For all those who like to complain see Jennifer Bosworth video on Shabby Fabrics channel. Same method but or as fine little curves. That video is how I learned.
