Gut gemachtes Video, aber zwei Fragen: Heißt es nicht normalerweise, Schultern nach hinten ziehen und nicht nach vorne? Und soll mit dem "Abspreizen" des Ellenbogens nicht die Brust mehr trainiert werden?

Danke dir!🙂 zu deinen Fragen: Schultern nach vorne ist schon richtig. Nach unten von den Ohren weg und nach vorne, so erreichst du die beste Stabilität in deiner Schulter. "Abspreizen ist wirklich das Schlimmste, was du deiner Schulter antun kannst. Lieber saubere und stabile Dips wie im Video gezeigt machen und falls nötig mit Zusatzgewicht (mit Gewichte oder Widerstandsband) einen stärkeren Reiz auf die Brust bekommen. 👍
