This method looks SO much easier than using two heddles! I have woven double-width on a four-harness loom, but never on my rigid heddle. I'm looking forward to trying this out. Thanks for the clear tutorial.

I've made two blankets using double weave to achieve extra width using two heddles on my rigid heddle loom. I loved the end result but both blankets were very frustrating and took me forever to complete. I was just on the verge of just buying a larger width loom when I came across this video and technique...I've placed my order and hope it comes quickly and is as easy as it seems...if so, I'll be making tons of double width projects and not dreading them.
