How To Do Faux Locs at Home

I used to do my faux loc install like this but took a toll on my edges and caused my hair to thin at the root. Now I slide my entire braid through the crochet loop, crochet the end of my braid through the braid about 1/4 inch down, pull it to form a loop and then wrap with human spring twist hair. I use thicker locs and it looks natural and way less stress on my hair. This is really beginner friendly though. Thanks for sharing.

I have small knotless in my hair that I did myself. I can’t wait to go and get me a crochet needle and this hair and just crochet me some faux locks right in once my braids get older and loosened, This is such an easy method.
