Pride can be a negative thing. Humbleness and honour is more preferred in Islam. Also, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is BEING A TRUE MUSLIM on your everyday, daily life. Sticking to the Quran and Sunnah, eating, earning and spending HALAL, dressing properly for Allah, not being a hypocrite, not being a backbiter, hateful person, treating people (including non-Muslims) and animals kindly, giving charity, fulfilling all your obligations to Allah, doing everything for Allah and ALWAYS remembering that Allah is watching and hearing everything. That's more important than being "a proud Muslim". :)

* IMPORTANT * Many scholars say the 3 Fardh (obligatory) acts to be done before bathing for body to be pure again. 1. Gargle mouth (tilt head back once during gargle to allow water reach throat) 2. Wash nose ensuring water reaches soft bone of the nose. 3. Wash entire body from scalp, wash ears, under armpits, inside belly button, in between toes and fingers, nails are short that water reaches inside tip of skin. Wash everything and wah everywhere. Basically not a single dry area should be left. That ensures a complete ghusl obligatory bath. (A requirement when ghusl becomes fardh upon a person)

@@sameehayasmeen6912 No there is no need to say Bismillah..(never say it aloud especially in toilet bathroom). It's good practice to recite Bismillah when you start "anything".. But no no needed at start of ghusl (but there's totally no harm saying Bismillah in your heart at the start)

Here is the Dua before entering the Bathroom. After saying your A'oozubillah and Bismillah completely, say: ALLAHUMMA INNI A'OOZUBIKA MINAL KHUBTHI WAL KHABAA'IS This also supplies protection from the unseen when in bathroom. This is optional, as in good to have, but not obligatory.
