Correction to the video. Attacking the world boss 15 times per day no longer stacks the attack rewards. You will only get 10 lvl 1 components and 10 gems if you attack 5, 10, or 15 times. Also an additional decor increases your attack towards the world boss and that would be the rocking horse decor. Credit to "E" for pointing out the rocking horse.

Yes, the individual rewards only counts for the first 5. Hitting more than 5 times helps get higher ranking individually and for the alliance

When I started, I mistakenly attacked the Boss 3x a day, 5x each. I have to save my battle reports now so if I do 3 at one time, I only do 2 more at the next. They remove the number of attacks you do, so when he comes back it says 0.

WB damage depends on what world boss is present, I run Army so when the Army WB airbuss shows up I am hitting it 31.8aa per hit. Navy WB 18.3aa per hit and Airforce WB is 11.4aa per hit

May I suggest a video for noobs like me by levels of 20 and 40. Because I’m sure high levels are already experts and know what they are doing. While us noobs are clueless. I’m only level 37 and not sure how to go about attacks and defense. The work arounds and all I’m confused which component plans will defend or attack which enemies or what. 😭😭😭

I'll see what I can come up with I do try to make my videos in a way that are helpful to low level players but sometimes of course it depends on the subject. Something I do recommend though is pick a couple good solid heroes and don't change heroes until you have those heroes perked out. A lot of people jump from hero to hero just trying to pick whichever one happens to be strongest today and they end up wasting a ton of shards and not perking out any of them. If you fully perk a hero which is adding stats once they reach five star. You are able to switch those perks to any other hero that is also five stars of the same color for a thousand gems. I don't know if you've seen this yet but this is how players are able to have a fully perked five-star hero less than a week since it came out. I'm still using Nimitz and there are several heroes that are better than him but I need to finish my perks before I start wasting shards on a new hero

I found formation 2 nice when new bosses came out. As you get up there just use all one unit is best. Navy boss I get to 166aa and air boss my air does about 114aa. Navy is my main working on air now. Then eventually army.

At what point would exclusive skills outperform the regular march size increase perk? I'm using Kat and I have hers at lvl 4 but I'm not sure if I should swap it in over the +5 units.

Partly depends on the hero. The community largely agrees that level 5 is when you start using the exclusive skill. I would advise doing 2 hits on the wb with the exclusive and 2 with the March size. Should be decent to be able to see if there is any noticable difference

You are wrong that the Giant Killer is the only one. There is the Rocking Horse that adds 20% attack to the world boss. It is better than the 15% for the Giant Killer

I do have bassel. But I thought it would be best to put my orange shards into other heroes such as aka. bassel is of course better than Nimitz. But Bringing him from one to five stars is a lot of shards for just an extra 10% attack boost in the exclusive skill to replace Nimitz. I'm sure I will do it someday but at the moment I'm saving up to get a third navy hero for when I unlock my third hero March. Probably 914. Also I am slowly perking out Nimitz by getting his shards for free where I wouldn't be able to do that with Bassel. That frees up my orange shards to perk out a non-free hero

How to use hero skill? I see the opponents screen constantly showing this and that but my screen is static

Hero skills work on their own automatically during a battle. If you keep seeing your opponent's heroes pop up it's because they have a hero that has an ability that can trigger each time a unit attacks. If you don't see your heroes it's likely because you have heroes that have a static effect. Such as Nimitz or Amalia increasing attack. You might see their face at the beginning of the fight but that would be the only time you see it. But their ability still is working for you

I believe this particular video came out before that mechanic actually existed with the world boss so crit buff was needed. However many of the old players I've noticed including myself still run crit buff even on the new world boss because there's nothing else really to put there, most of the old players are at the point where they don't lose units against the world boss, And some of us don't believe Top War when they say 100% 🤣

You could but it wouldn't be a great combo because one is only army and one is only Navy. So your units will kinda feel like they only have 1 hero

I got a question, if u are navy, and the WB is army, u get a 100% crit Rate buff already, why do you use the crit buff, 150% is virtually the same as 100% crit rate

Most of us use it because we don't have anything else that makes sense to put in its place. You don't really need survivability against the world boss. Also some people complain that even though it has 100% crit rate it's not actually 100% so they value adding that component to try and reduce the amount of times it doesn't crit

Mostly I get both of the weekly gem packs. Where you can collect everyday for 7 days before buying again. I believe I'm getting 300 per day from the monthly pack. The rest are from events/rewards. I it's been pretty rare that I buy the regular gem packs. Also I save them up to spend on the gem gift event which was supposed to be this week and idk what happened to it

You also get a lot from being in an active alliance with spending players - from alliance gifts that everyone in the alliance gets after most purchases if they log on and claim them within 24h and 180-1160 a day depending on your ranking from Arms Race.

Then click I believe it's the pencil icon it'll say details or edits. It'll take you to another part of the screen and on the left side there should be an option to click the editor and you can add a blur after you've uploaded videos

The video is very nice but 1st for navy when they hit one unit only its damage is multipled 3 times you can test it if you want and 2nd nimitz and bassels skill isn't very affective for example you have it level 5 which increases nimitz skill with 11% and his skill is increase atk of navy by 72.2% so it increases 11% and become 80% so it increase navy atk by 8% only so putting ordinary march will be much better and i tried that and it made difference 3rd j-15 in valhalla units is better than fenrir against the boss because it gives you 260% increase atk 60% and 200% when attacking army (world boss) ......... I've heard that once before about navy hitting 3 times when there is only 1 target. I have yet to test it. I would disagree on your claim about the j15s the F4s have a damage increase vs the j15s atk increase. and while the atk increase is very large. The F4 has a base atk of about 2.5 times higher then the j15 according to the hall of Valhalla training at the cost of lower hp.

While the game doesn't explicitly say it. Based on other games and how damage seems to be boosted in this game. Your units have a base atk. Anything that increases atk increases that base. Whole damage increases everything (base and bonus atk) so atk calculates the final damage and damage increase boosts it even farther of that makes sense

@@RayValdesZ its in a big part because you just have less +dmg% total than +atk, since if you have +400%ATK it means you will have 500%atk total so if you get +5% more its actually only 1% total increase while if you have for instance +100% DMG getting +5% dmg will increase your actual total dmg by 5/200 = 2.5%

This video was done before that feature was introduced so there was no crit bonus for unit types. However even with the new world boss many people still run it just because there's not another good option to pick especially since survivability isn't important against the world boss since it hits so weak

At the time of this video there wasn't those bonuses for attacking the world boss there was one type of world boss and Crit buff made a huge difference. However now many of us put crep buff on just because there's not really any other component that's a good pick because the world boss does no damage survivability is almost irrelevant. Also when top war says something is guaranteed they're lying. While many of us haven't watched our entire world boss reports we always have this hunch that it's not actually 100%
