Bear Juarez Yes Mr. Juarez..out of all them. Budo Karate is Budo Karate, if you are Karateka you understand what I mean. In 60 years of Instructors Training program he was just the second to finish it. Shotokan Karate is the most tecnical and inovative karate there is.

Then feint. Bait them into a block. For example. Do a overhead knife hand and that baits them to do an over head block, now there torso is exposed, hit it!
