You have to reactivate slime you get in the mail because they melt. What you have to do is mix 1-2 teaspoons of borax in a cup of warm water then add that in very small amounts mixing in between to your slime until it’s your desired texture. Honestly with the slime you should have gotten a slime care sheet which would have said this
