How To Do One Handed Turning | Beginner Tutorial

In this video, I will teach you how to do basic one handed finger tricks and how to do OH turning, which includes the proper grip, doing R and U moves, and knowing how/where to cube rotate to do everything else. This is the first video in my series on how to do 3x3 OH, which is my favorite event. These fingertricks are the key fundamentals to being good at the event, so this video is crucial to being good at OH.

I have really weird finger lengths and strengths so I have had to modify OH for me or it feels really awkward and painful to do. Just so you know I use my left hand. So, here's what I do: Grip: hold my thumb like normal and my middle finger is mirroring it in the back(I have to use my ring finger for stuff) U move: I use the push method because my fingers not looking g enough to flick. U' move: normal R move: I use my pinky to flick R' move: I use my ring finger to push on the back right sticker on the bottom side of the cube. (My pinky isn't long enough or strong enough to flick it from the front) B+B' moves: I normally don't need b moves so it's different every time L move: I change grip so I holding the bottom edge of the F and B faces and then tilt the cube to the right a bit. I then use my index finger to push the face. L' move: I change grip so I'm holding the bottom edge on the f and b faces and then tilt the cube to the right a bit. I then use my index finger to flick the face.F move: I put my index finger on the top center cap and use my thumb to kind of push the face. F' move: I do an x' move and then just act as if it were a U' move. D move. I use my ring finger to flick the D face. D' move: I use my ring finger to push the down face. Yes I know this is weird but it works for me. Hopefully when I get older I can use the normal method

Master of the Lollipops it’s depends on how big your hands are
