I've been watching you now for a few months and I can't tell you how much you have helped me. You single handily changed my life and I thank you for that. Every day is a challenge in working on my changed and actualized mind set bu its worth it because i know this is leading to a better life for myself. I even meditate now as suggested by you and I find it like a medication for me and if I skip a day or two of meditation I can feel myself going back to my old ways. Its pretty crazy. I didn't notice the difference it was making until I stopped doing it and I really noticed it. So kudos to you and keep up the great work my friend.

This is awesome. I am a teacher and I struggle every day to get more students to take on the goal of becoming wise, more through books than through quick-hit videos that don't leave a lasting and deep impression on them. Keep up the good work, man. All the best!

I always enjoy listening to your quality content Leo, much of it resonates with me. Like you, I've spent several years trying to figure things out that others in my immediate surroundings couldn't help me with. I look forward to investigating your website further and learning more about you. All the best!

Thank you for this video! Literally why I started my KZbin channel. I summarize and review self development books. Not because I want people to just use that for their content. I want people to actually read the books, and gain the wisdom within them. I try to just go high level on my summaries, and then just my opinion and the info I got on my review. At the end of the day though, I hope to encourage people to read. At the end of the day though, I know I am consuming the content, and I am developing myself along the way as well.

Leo, you should do a video of your pickup journey, I think that would be very interesting and helpful to many people. I'm struggling with that, I'm working on my inner game and I'm going out every day at daytime but I can't aproach, I feel I'm close to approaching but I can't.

All climbing the mountain find the mystic happily sitting on the peak. Unless we start at the source we can be reading tons of books to find the treasure, that is buried inside. Reading 'God Believes in You' by Francois du Toit was a paradigm shift, a new lens of perception, that gave me clarity to see, direction and discernment in the ocean of knowledge and distractions out there. We are all created Genuis, now to discover it.

What I have been wondering was that how do you make sure you've applied all the concepts mentioned in the books into your life? Can you tell me the system that you use? reading this many books is effective, but if you don't apply the knowledge, it is close to useless.

@lju81sa589 жыл бұрын
Hi Leo! U mentioned that U changed your career and most of the people are for some reason on the same track, maybe including me. So, since I consider that like a huge step in life, literally for me that would be changing some beliefs that were inside of me for years, it would be nice that you talk a little bit more about your personal experience since you said that you were a game designer. So, what made you to think that it isn't a real life path for you, did you have some fears, what thoughts were coming through your head and that kind of things. What made you snap and say "Well, this really is not for me."? BTW, Thanks for all your effort.You are great and I love your videos!
@ActualizedOrg9 жыл бұрын
That's a long and complex story.
@lju81sa589 жыл бұрын
Actualized.org Well, I know, life is complicated :) I'm sure that your videos are very helpful for almost anything that I can imagine, I just started watching your channel a few days ago. I just want to know for now, is there any specific video that can get me close to understanding of that feeling "This is not for me."? I'm getting that thought almost all the time, I just want to know is it a true feeling or I'm just not persistent enough. Just to mention, I'm currently a programmer too and that's why thing with changing career got me interested.

That is a complex question to answer. I am creating a video course for how to find your life purpose. There will be up to 20 hours of explanation.

Can someone help clarify thing here about reading a lot of personal development? because a lot of people said the one who read a lot about personal development tend to be stupid people? Why is that?
@Andy-gg4xw Жыл бұрын
Some personal development books are a scam and guillible people get suckered into buying them. Maybe that's why. But there are legit books out there that actually helps. Atomic Habits by James Clear seems useful and so is Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport. Calming the Emotional Storm by Sheri Van Dijk. (Edit: Sleep Solution by Chris Winters) You can tell they aren't scams by info quality and lack of ads to seminars or classes, I suppose.

Reading books is only the beginning. Make sure to give yourself time to apply these ideas. So don't feel it is necessary to consume as much as you can, because then the only thing you are doing is reading.
