How to do Repetitions Correctly

This is a brief tutorial of how to correctly do your repetitions while lifting. These are a few key tips to keep in mind to get the most out of each rep:
- Get the full range of motion from the bottom to top
- Do not rely on momentum
- Never bounce the weight
- You should feel the intended muscle through the whole lift
