Serious question, do you hold your breath while shimmy? I tend to hold my breath which makes me feel stiff? Is that how it suppose to feel? Or are you breathing fast? Thanks for the video. :)

Thank you!! 🥰💃🏻💕 If you’re not used to it, it can be a bit tricky, but practice will make it better! There’s no specific thing to do, try your best to lock your lower body, and practice will make it better 😫😘💕
