Are you talking about the concrete block? If so you can get another in the Smithville map if you go out the nearest gateway, there's a warehouse just inside the other map.

25:35 "This truck isn't the most manoeuvrable vehicle in the game." 😂 It's got the turning radius of a small planet, but it goes through mud better than some off-roaders. It's surprisingly good for a 'freebie'!!

It really isnt though lol the p16 and p12 are both really trash compared to other trucks p16 more so for the fact it doesn't have many bed options with that being said there only good for what there desighned for wich is logging and id take the p16 over the p12 for that but if im. Being honest there are better trucks for that aswell 😂 but yeh for players who dont own any dlcs its decent not a fan of the pacific trucks if im being honest there better irl than in game imo and i only ever use them in a situation were there needed but i do love the p16 horn and sounds i can listen to those all day 😂

@ToXicKush420 definitely didn't do the Pacific trucks justice in game. They lack power is the biggest problem

Are you referring to the concrete block for ten hut? It's a two stage task and won't let you until the first stage is complete.
