Hello I am French and I live in France but I had to open an LLC to do wholesale cast iron in the United States on Amazon and Walmart, in France it is very complicated to do your accounting And you need an accountant, I understand that accounting in the United States is much simpler in any case for a small business and is not even compulsory? If your LLC owns several DBAs and each DBA is a business that are different but similar. Do you need to do bookkeeping separately for each DBA or a single book for the entire LLC company is enough?

A dba is not an entity. It is a nickname used by an entity. The entity needs its own books. It doesn't have income or expenses. All income and expenses are of the entity.
