So many times when they were struggling and throwing a tantrum I would say something similar to them. Little did I know I that I needed the very same advice given to me. 🤣

Very nice Keith! I really don't meditate much but I do spend time being quiet. I'm identified with awareness and I can very well say for sure that I've never had a thought. The reason the voice in the head speaks loudly and first is because that voice is the egos the holy spirit is accessed in quiet as awareness because the Holy Spirit is your memory of God. The ego is a idea of separation. It's chosen home is the body the ego is The Voice. It's simply abandoned , it's not an entity but a symbol of guilt. It's a symbol that is learning that it is okay to, let go! I understand what I'm saying steps outside of the course dynamic a little bit, But ultimately both the Holy Spirit and the ego are opposite polarities of the same dream. And that dream is not real. And it's not real now. Exploring awareness at some point is beneficial. Embracing the holiest instant goes a long ways, but I digress the ego Habitually speaks loudest and reacts, and it's hard to distinguish you from the ego because it actually is within awareness and therefore Within The-Dream , me, I think it's healthy just to acknowledge all of this as the dream. After all it's perfectly fine. Forgiveness has allowed me to recognize The-Dream as an appearance Within Me. False evidence appearing real , I really am awareness and it's completely natural and obvious. The whole dream is within awareness exploring this awareness and recognizing that awareness is not trapped in a body the body is arising within awareness. This is as natural as breathing if I can see myself watching the screen then it is most definitely occurring within my awareness. Forgiveness simply recognizes that everything is already done and Perfectly Natural. Whatever persists through a body mind personality is just plain Love's meaning, it's just plain peace. Consistency is for me, not a dream figure in my awareness. That's just a misunderstanding that would lead to assuming the holy instant is not a choice and a practice for every moment. The whole mind is awake and ideas leave not their source. Awareness is ever-present because ideas leave not their source the kaleidoscopic nature of the dream assures the complete Awakening is held at all times within the only aspect of time that reflects reality and Eternity the holy instant teaches loves meaning and I am love! The holy instant is a practice and a decision in every moment it appears to be incremental just like forgiveness. But it has a more direct ability the most powerful direct ability. You are an amazing teacher Keith it is my great pleasure to watch your videos. My phone is not very cooperative and I am having trouble because I can't sign into anyting so I had to come through Facebook to access your video. I have made a resolution to speak from my own experience in whatever language I use, I have noticed I never suffer , just like I've never had a thought , if it's ever appropriate that I should not speak from my own experience. Please feel free to drop a hint if what I say is out of line. My intention is always to be truly helpful and attempt to be as clear as possible it's my only function. I always appreciate your enthusiasm and your sincerity and patience. Your friend Chuck PS the holy instant is only extremely dramatic and orgasmic when it swings from a powerful opposite polarity. Another words if you're deeply fearful and you access the holy instant then you'll have a dramatic experience and open present moment choice. But it is meant to be a simple choice bringing about a natural experience that can be accessed in whatever moment you choose. The experience will always be, inconceivable, but it's far more beneficial to enter the holy instant as a matter of practice and as a matter of choice. Just like the greatest experience you can have is the simple inconceivable piece that passes all understanding. Any and you're going to be recognizing The-Dream seeing through it directly and perceiving the course metaphysics as a simple matter of fact. You're also going to be quite clear that none of this is happening. I mean intuitively and effortlessly you will recognize this piece that is not moved and it's your peace, kind of like you are awareness and the substance or quality of your makeup is the peace of God. Certainly that has effect on the body mind personality but it doesn't make it perfect. But nothing is going to make you perfect or me perfect, because that has already been made perfect!

I see so much more now how holding onto a separate body is holding onto guilt and projecting it out in the world. It's a miserable existance most of the time and leads to ultimate death of a body. There is no sanity to see my brothers and I as separate.
