How to do the foundation treble crochet UK (foundation double crochet US)

Oh thank you!!! I’ve done this before, and like you I hold onto the chain stitch, where I’ve gone wrong is not going through the two loops.

Never could manage this stitch very well. It always looked sloppy. Doing a swatch together with you it came out quite nice. I think my problem was not going through the 2 loops.
