God bless you! All the other guides described this as some super complicated thing. I have it somewhat consistently now after about 30 minutes of practice. One thing that helped me was to start the back + 2 input right as Jin's wings are level and pointed toward the opponent.

You have to dash electric every electric, first one is a deep dash. then do ff n ddf2 for each electric there after

I have a few setups where I end my combo with 3,1 ff into electric which gives great oki spacing to do 1 or 2 wavus into this w2 or hellsweep mixup

@@UltimateBallaPOM if the electric or wavu are tough. It still works with a wgf ender(automatic electric in heat) . And no wavu just dash - down forward, release and press 2 for wr2

In my opinion as a Devil Jin main, his gameplan doesn’t revolve around his keepout. However I like to throw out an electric whenever I anticipate someone dashing at me or something or trying to engage, the speed of it actually allows it to connect at a high rate. I like using his electric as a pressure move or as a follow up to a double jab as well

I do db instead of b when doing it, seems more forgiving cause if you miss the instant you can still atleast get a ws2 even though its not instant.

Just from experience, they are all dash electrics, maybe last one is a bit deeper dash but they all feel the same timing wise.

You're just bad at the game. However, Pad is the controller where side preference hinders your progress very little. Hitbox players struggle A LOT on P2, Arcade Stick users on P1 as a Mishima(Movements require your wrist, on P2 the thumb and fingers so it's naturally faster). With dedicated and smart training you can reach excellent movement on pad. With that said; leverless is the supreme controller for movement 😂.

Very good tutorial, but I would not recommend learning this and wasting time for it until reaching like purpel ranks, wave dash on lower ranks is not much usefull anyway and people just mash they flow chart all the time anyway 😅 but its still very good tech to know. Simply not a priority when learning DVJ IMO.

does cd1+2/cd,10 frame delay,4 work well as a 50/50? Can you distinct the animations?

I don't feel there's a need for delaying the cd4 since at 26f both options can become "reactable", however cd1+2 is supposed to hit hardducks/commit sidewalks. For this mixup, I personally wouldn't delay either option

technically not because theyre both “fuzzy guard-able.” more competent players will realize ur mix and fuzzy guard ur hell sweeps, blocking both options.
