No, the vowel sound doesn’t have to equate to a musical note, especially if we aren’t musically trained. If you have a Tibetan bowl set you may want to tap the bowl for the relevant chakra and match the note with your voice, but that’s just an example.

Actually for the lower chakras the pitch of your voice should match it as well, it's best not to sing a high pitch throat note for the solar or sacral..but match with a lower frequency oooo
