My son just got his tuning forks 😊 and told me a little bit about them, and shared your video with me. I have never heard of this before for pain relief. I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic wide spread muscle pain. Willing to give these a try 😊
@SoundHealingAcademyIntАй бұрын
Hi Linda, that's lovely! Tuning forks offer a gentle, non-invasive treatment option. Many people with fibromyalgia experience skin or muscle sensitivity, and the subtle nature of tuning fork vibrations can provide relief without causing discomfort. They can be applied directly to painful areas, making it possible to target specific muscle groups or joints affected by chronic pain. This precise application allows for focused treatment where it’s most needed!

How do you find the experience, do these help for fibromyalgia:)

What a great video, thank you so much. Matthew 🙏 I have just bought the 128hz fork for myself and partner, I have a painful trigger finger which has plagued me for about 8/9 months. I have laser light therapy as well which helps but is very expensive. Tuning forks might for once heal me completely! 😊🥰❤️

Hi, thank you for this tutorial! Can you please tell me why certain Gongs give me a tight uncomfortable feeling in my chest and heart? Thank you
@SoundHealingAcademyInt2 ай бұрын
Hello Julia. Thanks for your question! It could be many reasons. One may be that the gongs are being played too intensely or loudly, or the pitch may not be in resonance with you. Or it could be that you have emotions that are trying to be released. It really depends too on what you mean by uncomfortable. I would suggest trying to focus on your breath and relax. If its very uncomfortable, then I would actually remove myself from the gonging. Do keep in mind that not all sound baths are created equal, and that intense or loud playing is not really what we are after (if this is the situation you find yourself in).
@juliai46722 ай бұрын
@@SoundHealingAcademyInt thank you so much for your reply! The uncomfortable feeling is that it’s tight in chest area like someone is sitting on your chest or squeezing your heart. It only happened one or twice and then went away so I’m guessing your suggestions about emotions might be right. My daughter has the same feeling with a heart chakra pitchfork sound

It's so wonderful to see ancient Atlantean technologies re-emerging onto the planet again, to assist us all in reclaiming what was lost, through sound healing. I have been working with similar technology that also uses Tesla coils surrounding noble gases (from Quantum Sound Therapy). I live immersed in these frequencies 24/7. Combining these now with my bowls, gong, forks and other sound healing instruments is my passion. Thank you Tony, for your beautiful videos - and your sound healing courses - they are like an oasis of healing in the desert.

Thank you for the advice. Im very new to this and wanting to get my own set of bowls. I was just wondering, would i get the same effect listening to singing bowls through my earbuds rather than real life?
@SoundHealingAcademyInt2 ай бұрын
Hi Derek :) both ways of listening to healing sounds is beneficial, however, our students and practitioners have always said that it is much more special and magical in real life, as you can feel the vibrations of these wonderful instruments!

Could you advise me please if you have to spend alot of money on tuning forks to get a decent one? Are the ones for about £15 each from eBay or Amazon worth buying or would they be too small and light and not create enough sound and vibration. I would also like to know which ones I need for pain relief, relaxation, medication and pineal gland activation. Thankyou

The set in your store is for unweighted - how would you use them off the body - over each chakra? Also, I noticed the two forks whose notes you mentioned didn't align with the chakra note - could you explain why this is so? Wouldn't it be harmonious to play the chakra note over each chakra? Thanks so much for all these videos - I'm keen to get started with your multi-tool course (just waiting for my forks to arrive). :)
@SoundHealingAcademyInt2 ай бұрын
You can strike the forks and use them in the bio field / aura. We do not always need to align notes exactly with the chakras. For one, even though notes are mentioned, they are really just a baseline and not that specific. Our chakras change every moment of every day. You will learn more about this and the science behind sound healing when you take your multi course. Exciting!

No, the keys generally stay in tune. However, its also quite easy to tune them if for some reason they fall out of tune!
