i own a cjv150-130 machine. the propblem with these machines that i am experiencing is that you can do the print and cut PC Origin Alignment or TP alighnment and it will most probably work fine when cutting 1 or 2 stickers nut the munite you cutting 100 x 90mm round or square stickers they will cut way out of alignment no matter how many times you perform the alignment adjustments even if your media is loaded correctly.

Have you tried using reg marks on your print and cut work as this always give a more accurate cut than without. Also check your pincher roller settings on your printer to make sure these are set correctly

HI. I'm having the same issues as the guys that commented above. I just can't seem to solve the cut alignment problem, no matter how much I perform the protocol shown in this video. @@SignmasterTechnical

What about the TP offset? When do we adjust that setting? Would that make any difference? I appreciate your help.

Hello, the TP offset is necessary for the print & cut alignment with registration marks only. When selecting the print & cut alignment you get a choice to have with or without reg marks then you would use TP offset for with marks. Please note if using the reg mark version you only use 0.10 adjustments not full point adjustments like the PC origin offset. Hope this helps

Hello! I am trying to decide between a Roland BN-20A and a Mimaki CJY150-75. Do you have an opinion on the comparison? Or experience with either of them… or both?

Both are good machines, the BN is smaller, a little slower and more suited to beginners or crafters

There is a new Roland BN2-20 that has just been released, it is worth a look as it is 4 times faster than the original BN with a lot more features

The wording in rasterlink 6 programme is V small

My version seems to be ok and I cant seem to find anywhere in the program to increase this, you can increase the job thumbnail size using the slider bar near the job list or if overall it is small try changing your monitor resolution settings.

Help!!! I do tge origin adjust thing, but after the print and cut operation is done and i press adjust on the tp it doesn’t give me the x and y values it gives me four options of different dpi wp3 options

Keep it in remote and choose the PC Origin Offset option

Hi, i couldn't make CJV150 to print remotely, followed your video when i pressed FUNC3 it stays green with remote word so is there anyway to make it functional to print from my desktop ?

The Mimaki machines need to be in remote mode to receive print data from the RIP software

Hi the cut button is not highlighted. Its greyed out and not clickable. UCJV300/150. Any help is appreciated

Hello, if you are referring to the cut edit tab that you can find the alignment in Rasterlink you have to select a job that has a cut line on it to be able to run the print and cut alignment.
