How to Double Crochet Waistcoat Stitch

While searching various stitches using this gorgeous yarn by Willie Nillie Knits, I experimented with the waistcoat stitch by yarning over before inserting the hook into the next stitch. It gave me a looser tension and more pleasurable experience.
