Great Advice...especially if followed. For me I followed my grandfathers advice. Always buy the smaller house in the best neighbourhood and Never the biggest house in a bad neighbourhood...then keep climbing the real estate ladder. lol, my grandmothers advice...it's just as easy to fall in love with a rich man as it is a poor man...marry rich! lol I miss my grandparents. thank you for another great video!

Public pension that (1) pays 85% of my final salary for life, (2) is COLA-adjusted, and (3) is 100% passed to surviving spouse for life…plus early SS make retirement easy without having to worry about withdrawal rates or market returns. So glad I chose to work for my loyal government employer until retiring at 58 four years ago.

Sometimes I jokingly tell people I'm a young man trapped in an old man's body. But secretly, I believe that! To me, you have to keep that young spirit of adventure alive to confidently seize new opportunities throughout life. Thank you for your information over the months. Am struggling as to where to move from US. Taxes paid are my biggest issue. I don't have a problem paying taxes in US and another COuntry BUT long term toward retirement I have to be careful so I have enough money before making this move. I do not want to want to do exactly what you talk about today. This is a crazy research process. I spent 2 months in Italy and Portugal and just returned home.
