Able to download the app and it would not let me do that before, however even while I'm connected to the VPN it still but not let me use the app due to my location with VPN running in that country.

I used proton VPN and was able to download the app, which did not allow me to do before. Unfortunately when connected to the app it still says that I'm in another location, even while protonvpn is running. Does anyone else have any ideas how to use the app once you're able to download it?

No, because it's impossible. Google detects the country by the user logged in. I will try now to log in with a different google account (while still in VPN, but shouldn't be the problem as I currently actually am in the country where the app is provided). I now try this: Add or update users Open your device's Settings app. Tap System. Multiple users. If you can't find this setting, try searching your Settings app for users . Tap Add user. OK. Enter a name for the new user.
