It means that you have made some type of mistake either in folder name or in the command. If you have copy and pasted the commands make sure there's no extra spaces Iin the commands

Hi guys, Just want to clarify something that can be useful for those who don´t have their laptop in English language. If you have this error message when using the second command in CMD "couldn´t install we couldn´t find the specified configuration file. Check the file path and file name. Error code: 0-2048 (0)" That is because the first XML file (named configuration) in the folder (Office 2019) was downloaded in the laguage used by default in your laptop (whatever your language is). So, go in Office 2019 and change the first name of the file for "Configuration" it has to be english so the CMD will work.
