Certificates are valid for a life time, once the shows expired do not worry, also you cant give the exam again, not sure how you are able to do it! :)

@@AzureTalks No sir every Microsoft certificates are not valid for life time. Only fundamentals level certifications are valid for life time, but associate level and more higher level than that are valid for certain period like 1 year. I gave AZ-204 and it is associate level so its validity is ended as it's valid for 1 year only
