When I open rpcs3 it shows: The code execution cannot proceed because vulkan-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

@@BoredBash its probably cus of ur anti virus, once u do save link as, it should show ur folders and save it where u want to, and then in google it will say you cant safelky download it, click on the up arrow next to it and then click keep anyways. Thats what i had to do, idk if it will help u
