guys i'm gonna give you a secret technique to downshift even faster: so what you gonna do is actually open a little the throttle and keep it. while you're doing that, you can clutch in, downshift and clutch out as fast as you can, it will be smoother than every other downshifting technique. BUT, there are 2 things that are annoying: 1, you can't brake so, do it before breaking or don't do it and the second worst annoying thing is that you engine won't go VROOM VROOOM and it's very frustrating. So, the smoothest is this technique but the most satisfaying is rev matching as it's perfectly explained in this video !

Blipping the throttle too much can cause the bike to jolt forward after releasing the clutch, just get the feel for you’re bike and do everything he says in the video, you have to find the right rpm for each gear you need to blip the throttle to depending on you’re speed

fast as fk boy ..clutch, blip, downshift all simultaneously and should only last for a split second... don't hold the accelerator for too long ,dont keep the clutch pressed 4 too long...you could practice it with the centre stand , and bike in off position....even though the 3 acts should be at the same time, its better to engage clutch a millisecond earlier than the blip..blip and downshift should definitely be simultaneous

Yes but you engine break more if you release the clutch between gears. The only time I do that is if I need to brake quickly, and want to drop gears while breaking firmly.

I normally just punch down on the shift lever with my foot. Using the clutch is optional.

Boy even without a quick shifter in your bike u can easily down shift and apply mild brake on wheels especially back while shifting guess what all u need to just release the throttle follow by down pressing in the gear level ok kids
