How to Draft a perfect basic Short and Long Sleeve pattern for Beginners / beginners sewing project

Hi Grace, I love your videos, however I am pull in by your sincere presences/look. My question, I have a 54" bust, following your basic bodice the front armhole is much bigger than the back. No matter what I do I cannot get the front to be smaller due the large bust. The sleeve is a problem also. Any idea what I should do? Do you have a class?
