Here in Southern California there is California Institute of the Arts (I went there) and Art Center. There's also a lot of classes that anyone can take taught by a lot of professional artists; so you don't always have to go to Art College to get a great art education.

Do not compare yourself to a professional and then complain that you are bad. This man went to college for this, he spent at a minimum of two years doing NOTHING but drawing and art related stuff, taking classes held by other professionals to further his art career and education.
