for those of you who like big words: Divide the eye in half with a small, light guideline and use a gradient effect on the eye, leaving the highlight hollow. thank you btw, this vid helped a lot!!!

I like to draw the eyes different with each character depending on their personality. Some females have these kinds of eyes, and some males have wider eyes. It adds a touch of character.

Fold the paper in half, trace over the eye then unfold the paper. You can see through the paper your trace and simply trace over it and done. I know very confusing but it works.
