When i scale the character rounded areas getting distorded. What am i supposed to do?

when I save the original illustrator file as a PNG or JPEG and zoom in on that image, the pixels show. Is there anyway I can keep it to retain it's original linework in a JPG or PNG format without the pixels on the lines.

Illustrator is for vector graphics. If you want to make something as complex as manga/anime characters you need to pick up a drawing software like photoshop or Clip Studio Paint. Stuff that uses pixels.
