Hi Sheshina , what kind of paper are you using? . I also notice that you always use dark paper is it black ? Also you start with darks and on my pc monitor that first pastel you pick up also looks black is it black or a very dark green ? I am always so impressed with your paintings and you leave me shaking my head in awe of your talent . Thank you so very much for all these real time tutorials very much appreciated.Brenda

Brenda! Thank you so much! I use a ordinary sandpaper, granularity 1000 (waterproof) size 23x28 cm I like a dark base (dark grey or black). I start with a black pastel. Call me Ekaterina or Cathrine, my friends call me so. 😊🎨🌺🌺🌺

As a basis, I use a sandpaper. The sound that is produced when drawing on it is not pleasant for everyone. So I delete the sound when editing the video and add nice music.😊🎶🎨🎥

Sandy! I live in Russia and bought my set 3 years ago in Russia. But, unfortunately, the manufacturer decided not to sell this set. In my opinion, a bad decision, because this set is great! I’ve found a box of Rembrandt 90 half sticks for a good price so I think I will buy them. Some people say Rembrandt are quite hard. You don’t find this problem? Sathvika! I love to use the dark base. This is not paper, but ordinary sandpaper. 1000 granularity, waterproof. Size 23x28 cm I buy in building stores.
