This was a wonderful lesson, Stephen. You dealt with line accuracy, shading, creating focus with changing line weight all in a very digestible 15 minute clip. I especially appreciated your remarks and advice about dealing with and accepting errors! (I am often unhappy with my finished drawings but find, after I have put them away for a few days, that they don't look nearly so bad. I'm a better critic that artist.) Thanks for sharing your skill, experience and work!!

Architecture is such a weakness of mine. You make it look so easy. 😵💫

It's not really any harder, but we need to understand drawing it in the most effective way for our drawing style.😀

Stephen, just want to say thanks for your videos. I love your style and am working (at 48yo) to get more serious at sketching as a creative non-tech outlet. You’re an inspiration. I’ve noticed you mostly do picture sketches from 1:1 size references. I primarily use phone pics as references. Have you done any vids with tips when not doing 1:1 scale?

Thank you. That’s kind of you to say. I have a few. If you search the word ‘scale’ on my channel you should find them. 😀
