idk if you gonna see this but Poses- you can try gesture drawing so you can be loose and just think about the overall pose of the figure Anatomy-you can try breaking down stuff that you like anime,irl anatomy, etc, break them down into simple shapes and then manipulate those shapes when you get comfortable you can also try learning proportion so you can now how and where to landmark the body parts Perspective- you can try doing basic perspective using boxes and stuff and think of the figure as 3d using the help of boxes, cylinders etc.

Cool video! I've started to draw a comic and what I mainly struggle with are textures (stone, grass, leaves in trees, cloth texture, metal) and "special effects" (wind, lightning, fire, water, magic, ...). There are very few if any videos on these subjects so it would be super helpful if you made one (or more). I know it's not basic but I believe it would help all those like me who couldn't find tutorials on these subjects, and you would almost be the only one on youtube to teach this. I find also hard to choose how to frame a scene but that's less of a problem. Also, I'm not against more advanced tutorials.

This is not related to the basic how to videos but could you make a playlist where you tell your viewers what to draw, like starting from basic to more difficult drawings. Cause it's sometimes overwhelming to decide where to start from. So it could be sort of like a "Today, draw eyes, male and female" or "draw a character walking down the road." Stuff like that. I don't know if you'd understand me or take up my suggestion but I hope you do! :)

You should not use YT to learn to draw anatomy, that was my mistake. Read a book on how to draw anatomy. What YT Has taught me, is to not use YT for learn to draw.

@Conner Randall Most of proko anatomy is good, but most of it is from michael Hampton book, you might as well read the book imo The only channel i can say its pretty good is moderndayjames, but most of his stuff you can find in bridgman and Robertson and some hogarth books.

Dr White I don’t use KZbin to learn these stuffs, i use CTRL+Paint a website dedicated to learning art and stuff but it’s nice to get tips from others like on KZbin and get a stylized way of drawing things

Im thinking about mixing manga and comic book art styles for my own. Does anyone know a good artist that does that well? Like there's some things i prefer in comics like the scenary or the bodies but other things like the faces and page layout are better in manga Love your art man!

It's hard. There's is so much different art styles that exist. Manga and comic book are 2 different style so its hard to matchup. For me the one that probably fit good with comic is Jojo, even if jojo is a baroque style.
